CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments with Esthetician Sam occur at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Any cancellations, no shows, or late arrivals made inside the 24 hour window may be subject to up to a minimum 50% cancellation fee of the total cost of services booked. ​ Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment may require modifications to the service you booked, or a reschedule for a later day/time with Sam. ​ If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please contact our management team via “contact” tab on our website.
